Accelerated Reader is a computer-based reading comprehension program that encourages students to read at their independent reading level.  After reading a book from the Accelerated Reader List, students take a computer quiz in their own classroom and receive points which convert to certificates and prizes.

Grade K-3
15 points = Star Reader Key Chain
150 points = In and Out
200 points = Barnes and Noble Gift Card
250 points = Lunch at Watson’s

Grade 4  Read To Succeed
Reading Punch Card Award:
Each 10 punches earns Food Certificate

Grade 5-Silent Auction
All points earned convert into dollars to be spent at the 5th Grade Silent Auction in May.
